Oral Health Procedures

Almost all diseases are influenced, to some degree, by the condition of the mouth and teeth. For this reason, any therapeutic protocol should be supported by optimal oral hygiene.

For many individuals, poor oral health becomes a significant and ongoing source of toxins entering the bloodstream. This often coincides with poor mineralization of the teeth.

When oral health is neglected, a cascade of issues can develop—receding gums, gingivitis, cavities, and structural damage such as chipped or weakened teeth. In some cases, modern dental interventions may also contribute to further complications, particularly when they involve procedures such as:

  • Root canals
  • Mercury-based fillings
  • Metal implants

This does not mean that dentists should be avoided. On the contrary, the service of a skilled and conscientious dentist remains essential. We recommend making careful decisions (sometimes difficult ones) and working with a biological dentist who can assure you that their methods work with the body rather than against it.  There are times when the only fix is removing the problem from the mouth.

When problems and underlying conditions within the mouth are addressed and resolved, dental treatments tend to be more effective, and the body’s overall capacity to heal is significantly enhanced.

A word on Fluoride

Under no circumstances do we ever recommend using toothpaste which contains fluoride.  This element is often a byproduct of industrial phosphate fertiliser.  By definition, this is toxic waste detrimental to biological systems.  Amongst other things, it contributes to calcification in the body (chronic inflammation, joint injuries that don’t heal, etc.), retarded neurodevelopment in foetuses and children, displacement of iodine, and it disrupts hormones and metabolism.

Brushing Your Teeth with MMS/CDS

It has been shown time and again that MMS or its derivative CDS can restore oral health; better results are often observed with general healing and specific healing therapies, while also brushing with MMS, especially when the teeth and mouth are in poor condition.

The body cannot effectively detox and heal itself if there is chronic toxicity circulating.  While MMS (e.g., Protocol 1000) provides exceptionally broad-spectrum infection control, it is important to understand that the rate of potential progress will be hampered by chronic circulating toxins in the blood and throughout the organs.  This results in lower tolerable MMS/CDS doses and may prevent MMS/CDS from optimally starting to work at the desired level for health recovery.  That being said, never underestimate this powerful healing agent, as many have seen major health improvements by taking only 1/8 of a drop per hour for as long as needed.

Thus, a preliminary step to Jim Humble’s recovery plan is to brush your teeth at the same time as doing the protocols.

MMS Brushing Procedure

You will need a dedicated soft toothbrush for brushing teeth and gums. Only use it for brushing, with MMS.

Step 1

In a glass, activate 5 drops of Part A + 5 drops Part B.

After 30 seconds, add only 1/4 cup (2 ounces/60 ml) of water to the activated MMS drops.

Step 2

Brush both your gums and your teeth with this mixture for at least two minutes. (Pour some of the liquid over the toothbrush 3 or 4 times while brushing).

Do these 2 or 3 times a day while doing MMS protocols or other therapeutic protocols for healing.

Jim Humble, notes that “For a number of years, people around the world have been successfully using MMS to keep their mouths in shape and to overcome various teeth and gum infections.

You don’t have to worry about the alkalinity of the sodium chlorite nor the acidity of the activator leaching mercury out of your teeth. This is because the acidity in the MMS activator [Part B] when mixed drop for drop with the MMS [Part A] (which is alkaline), is calculated to mostly cancel one another out, leaving the MMS solution much closer to neutral. The acidity is then much less than most fruits and cannot hurt your teeth or leach mercury from your fillings. Keep in mind that fruits and vegetables are acidic in nature, more so than MMS doses.”

 Oil Pulling Protocol 🥥

Cost-effective, easy and extremely effective

~ Do not underestimate this ancient practice for oral hygiene - indicated for #prevention, #acute or #chronic issues of the mouth ~

Start your day with oil pulling ~ always on an empty stomach — before food or drink ⚠️

🫧 How to do it - vigorously swish oil in and out of your cheeks:

* Coconut oil → 15-20 mins [Olive and Sesame seed oil also works]

* Castor oil → 10 mins (stronger option, but less pleasant for some)

👉 Try both & see what suits you

🚿 Spit it out, rinse with warm water, and clean your mouth well to avoid reabsorbing toxins!

💪 Benefits:

* For gums (brittle teeth, receding, gingivitis, infections)

* Helps remineralise teeth 🦷

* Improves blood flow and circulation

* Reduces sensitivity (often within 1–2 days)

🩸 Also helps reduce toxic load — the mouth is a major source of hidden toxicity for many people

⚠️ Important:

If you continue beyond a day or two, clean up your diet 🍃

Detox + junk = added stress on the body 🤒

👉 Consistency gives best results👍
