Most people believe that gallstones can be found only in the gallbladder. This is a common misconception. Most gallstones are actually formed in the liver and comparatively few occur in the gallbladder. You can easily verify this by giving yourself a liver cleanse. It matters little whether you are a layperson, a medical doctor, a scientist, or someone who no longer has a gallbladder and, therefore, is believed to be free of gallstones altogether. The results of the liver cleanse speak for themselves. No amount of scientific proof or medical explanation can make these any more valuable than they already are. Once you see hundreds of green or beige-coloured gallstones floating in the toilet bowl during your first liver flush, you will intuitively know that you are onto something very important in your life…What is most significant in this experience is the fact that you have taken active responsibility for your own health, perhaps for the first time in your life.” – Andreas Moritz, The Amazing Liver Cleanse

Most of these “stones” float and are soft and waxy, ‘bile clots’ may be a better description for what most people find. Moritz classifies gallstones into two basic types: cholesterol and pigment stones. The former are typically a pea-green or tan in colour and are generally soft, like putty (these can consist of 95% cholesterol). Pigment stones are brown or black, owing to their high content of coloured pigment (bilirubin).  Both can calcify over time but calcified stones are only ever found in the gallbladder and hence the only place where they are detected on x-rays.  Medical science is generally silent on this all too common reality, and sadly, there are many practitioners who fervently deny the relevance of these blockages and their debilitating effect on the liver’s proper functioning, some even dismiss it all without any measure of careful self-investigation.  Interestingly, the prestigious Johns Hopkins University have described intra-hepatic stones. The standard response, however, is invasive and the irreversible intervention of surgically removing the gallbladder (an organ in its own right).

PROTOCOL

Adhere strictly to times, dosages and steps provided!  Slight deviation can lead to no results and/or feeling ill.

Suggestions in green text are purely optional suggestions.

PREPERATION

Two weeks before the planned date for starting the flush, take parasite-killing herbs daily and as directed.  Any intense parasite protocol should only be done if parasite treatments have been pulsed monthly for a couple of consecutive months and all detox pathways are functioning well. The tincture is a broad-spectrum but mild treatment and should safely reduce load and thereby yield better results with the flush - ideally start a few days before full moon through to new moon, break and restart before full moon again (these organisms are more exposed during this period of the month).  The multiherb anti-parasitic tincture is convenient enough and taken once a day only, finish the bottle after however many cycles.

Overlap parasite treatment for the last 6 days up to and including the flush starting day (“1st day” – as below) with 1 litre of fresh organic apple juice split in three or more servings and taken 20 mins before meals or 2 hours after meals, alternatively 15-30ml apple cider vinegar in a glass of water – the malic acid in apples helps soften stones for optimal results.  Therefore, a further alternative is powdered malic acid in solution with water.  Take these alternatives at the same times and frequency as the apple juice.  Best to sip the ACV and/or Malic acid through a straw to protect tooth enamel from acidity.

A water enema before the flush, during the flush and 2-3 days after the 2nd day is recommended to help ensure stones are cleared through the colon as vital detox pathway.  Irrespective professional colon hydrotherapy within 3 days after the flush should be done to ensure no stones lodge or get stuck in the bowel longer term just to cause other health problems.

ACTUAL FLUSH

Best timing: After full moon, on or before new moon.  This coincides with the body’s natural detox rhythm for these stones.

1st day – this can be a normal work day like Friday (preceding a day off)

Take no pills or vitamins that you can do without; they could prevent success.

Eat a no-fat breakfast and lunch such as cooked cereal, fruit, fruit juice, bread and preserves or sweetening (no butter or milk) and no coffee or other stimulants. This allows the bile to build up and develop pressure in the liver. Higher pressure pushes out more stones. Limit the amount you eat to the minimum you can get by on. You will get more stones through. The earlier you stop eating the better your results will be, too. In fact, stopping fat and protein the night before gets even better results. Finish eating by 12 noon with only sips up to 14:00.

14:00 Do not eat or drink after 2 o'clock. If you break this rule, you could feel quite ill later.

18:00 Drink the first serving of the Epsom salts solution - 1 Tbsp. in 180ml water. Cold water helps to mask the taste if that is a problem. If you did not prepare all four servings in a single jar ahead of time, mix the first serving now and drink. You may rinse your mouth with clean water after each serving, but spit out and do not swallow this extra water.

20:00 Repeat by drinking another ¾ cup (180 ml) of Epsom salts.

You haven't eaten since 14:00, but you won't feel hungry. Get your bedtime chores done. The timing is critical for success.

21:30 Pour ½ cup (120 ml) olive oil into shaker or jar. Hot wash the grapefruit with soap – all citrus peels have fungus spores on them and most likely a combination of bacteria – you don't want all of this to contaminate the juice and allow it to flow freely into your system.

Squeeze the grapefruit with a clean citrus hand juicer into the measuring cup. Remove pulp with fork or strainer. You should have at least ½ cup (120 ml). You may use a blend of orange and lemon juice as a second-choice alternative but it must be cleaned and fresh and strained from pulp. Add this to the olive oil.  If you haven’t gotten stones out in the last few cleanses, you can add a bit of citric acid to bring success. Close the jar tightly and shake hard until watery (only fresh citrus juice does this to the oil).

Now visit the bathroom one or more times, even if it makes you late for your 22:00 drink. But don't be more than 15 minutes late. You will get fewer stones.

22:00 Drink the prepared mixture. Drinking mixture through a large plastic straw helps it go down easier. Take it to your bedside. Get it down within five minutes (15 minutes for very elderly or weak persons). If you are anxious or very stressed take two tablets of Biral.

Lie down immediately - You might fail to get stones out if you don't.  The sooner you lie down the more stones you will get out. Be ready for bed ahead of time, don't clean up the kitchen. Drink the mixture down next to the bed without unnecessary delay and as soon as it is done and lie down on your back with your upper body on a slight incline (use extra pillows if necessary). Visualise what is happening in the liver and how the gunk moves down and out. Relax and try to keep perfectly still for at least 20 minutes, practice light nasal breathing and do not talk. You may feel a train of stones traveling along the bile ducts like marbles. There is no pain because the bile duct valves are open (thanks to the dilating effect of Epsom salts!). Go to sleep, you may fail to get stones out if you don't.

2nd day – recommended to take a day off: Over weekend or a public holiday

Next morning. Upon awakening take your third dose of Epsom salts (not before 6:00, but by 6:30). If you have indigestion or nausea wait until it is gone before drinking the Epsom salts.  You may lie down but ideally go for a walk or do light stretching of mediation in a comfortable position.

2 Hours LaterTake your fourth (the last) dose of Epsom salts. If you are tired or feel weak you may light down but do ensure your bedroom air is fresh and that you get some direct sunlight exposure on the skin during the day.

2 More Hours: you may eat (+/- 11:00). Start with fresh fruit juice. You may add ½ tsp. citric acid to it (or capsules) and get even more stones.

Half an hour later eat fruit.

One hour later you may eat regular food but keep it light. By supper you should feel recovered.  If you slowly start eating with light and fresh food and drink your results will be optimum and you may find that you pass stones for up 24 hours or more.

Continue doing the flush monthly or quarterly until no more stones pass, then do at least twice a year for maintenance. Do not repeat this in intervals of less than 3 weeks, ideally 4 weeks.

Take the kidney cleansing tincture after every three flushes.  Make a good liver support supplement part of your daily regime in order to maintain this previous vital organ amid the modern day toxic overload.
