Olive Oil PGS Blue Sky Organics- 1L

This extra virgin, cold-pressed olive oil is produced from hand-picked organic olives from a selection of Italian cultivar olive trees. 

The organic certification is a guarantee that this product is natural and the trees are grown in rich soil that is alive and free of any chemicals. 

Our olive groves are in a valley beside the Rooiberg mountain in the Klein Karoo. The trees and olives are free of any pesticides, additives, preservatives or chemicals. 

The oil is unfiltered to retain its natural goodness, which may form some sediment. The high content of natural anti-oxidants creates the strong olive aroma and peppery aftertaste. Natural free acidity less than 1%.

Store in a cool, dry and dark place.
