Benefits:

Adults: Begin with ½ teaspoon (1–2 grams) daily mixed into water or juice. Gradually increase to 1 full teaspoon daily. Best taken on an empty stomach or at least 1 hour before/after meals or medications. Drink plenty of pure water throughout the day to support elimination.
Children (ages 5+): Start with ¼ teaspoon in water daily. Use under the guidance of a qualified healthcare provider.
Other Specific Uses:
- Topical Use: Make a paste with water, use as facial mask or apply to insect bites, wounds or skin irritations to help draw out impurities.
- Pets: May be added to pet food or water to assist in detoxification.
- Environmental Use: Can be used to neutralize odours, heavy metals and ammonia in composting or agriculture.
Side Effects: Mild detox symptoms such as fatigue, headache or changes in stool in the first few days. Constipation may occur if not enough water is consumed. Not intended for long-term continuous use without breaks; cycle as needed. Avoid inhaling powder; may cause lung irritation if airborne
